Change Requests

 All changes to existing plans and selections start with and require a Change Request submission.
To Initiate a Change Request, please provide the following

1) Complete the form below with as much detail as possible.
2) Each change request requires prepayment of a Change Request Fee of $500.
3) An additional $1500 is required for any changes that require new plans or additional permitting.
4) The cost of the change is due and payable upon approval and before ordering or installation.
5) Please remit one form and one Change Request Fee for each changed requests.  (Separate forms are required for each change)
6) Once the Change Fee(s) are paid (link below), you will be contacted to discuss the change request, pricing and details.  Upon approval and payment, we will initiate the change.
7) If a change is not approved, the change fee will be refunded.

TERMS:


All change requests or customizations require prepayment of a Change Request Fee of $500.  An additional $1500 is required for any changes that require new plans or additional permitting.  This does NOT include the cost of architectural or municipal fees. 


The Change Request Fee is due upon request of the change.  All additional change requests or changes to existing change requests, once signed, require payment of additional Change Request Fees.

 

All changes must be prepaid upon approval the change.  Any costs that cannot or could not be determined at the time of the request but are a result of the change(s) will be billed separately and are due upon request.


Any additional work related to the change, will be discussed with the customer and may require separate approval.


All changes and change request fees, once ordered, are non-refundable.
