If you don't already own land, you should know that buying land can be tricky in Pennsylvania because it's still legal to sell land that is not buildable. We work with all of our customers to make sure the lot they select is indeed buildable BEFORE they take ownership of it. Pick the home you love and Mike will work with you to select a lot in the Poconos you love and that's 100% buildable.

50% of our customers already have land, but if you don’t already own land we can help with that too. Mike is a PA licensed real estate broker exactly for that reason, to help customers acquire a great building lot in a great area in the Poconos.
If you don't already own land, you should know that buying land can be tricky in Pennsylvania because it's still legal to sell land that is not buildable. If you already own land, he can help make sure you have everything you need prior to building.
If you don't already have a survey, probe test, percolation test, and septic design or septic permit, we can help . If you have an expired septic permit, we can get it renewed. If you have any questions about any of the requirements or need help determining the status of your lot for buildability, just let us know.
